Your Role

As the VP of Marketing at Presail, you will:

• Lead the overall marketing strategy with a focus on democratizing access to private markets.
• Specialize in brand and product marketing, while complementing our existing strengths in growth marketing.

Your Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to generate a 20% increase in qualified leads for the sales team within the first quarter.
• Brand Marketing: Build and maintain a brand identity that increases brand equity by 15% in the first six months, based on brand awareness and market survey data.
• Product Marketing: Educate and make our product suite well understood by existing and new customers.
• Collaborative Synergy: Work closely with our sales team and Head of Design. Report directly to the CEO.
• Short-term Strategy: In your first 90 days, develop and execute plans that result in a 10% increase in customer acquisition.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have 5+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on lead generation, branding, and product marketing.
• Bring expertise in the crypto industry, especially in DeFi, blockchain, and DAOs.
• Possess startup acumen, preferably having scaled a startup from 5-30 to over 100 employees.
• Master various marketing channels including social media, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrate leadership in a performance-based, high-accountability culture.
